New Age are a 4-piece Alternative, Power, Rock band from Melbourne, Australia. This lineup of the band formed in April 2025 via a musician wanted ad on social media.
The Band sound has been likened to 'The Stooges', 'The Clash', with a touch of Zeppelin/ Metallica thrown in. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses together a Dynamic Lead Vocalist and entertainer Lizzy, Gg- Guitars, Suzi- Bass and Colt on Drums.

New Age feature ex members of popular 80s bands La Femme and Shyboys and have had Melbourne legends Josie Jason, Carlos and Steve (Pommy) Bradford join the band along the journey.
New Age are the only Australian band to have toured the Ukraine. and have had the pleasure of opening for iconic American band 'Crazy Town' when they toured here before the Covid 19 Pandemic closed everything down. Now that's over we are ready to take the stage again New crew, New songs, New Age...

Our Band Bro, Tedi Byl: Guitarist, Songwriter. Bassist, Jokester, Poet, Entertainer and all-round Great Guy, passed away suddenly on Saturday July 25 after his recent battle with cancer. We will miss him and remember always (as he would say) the “ Good Bloke” that Tedi was and is forever in our minds and hearts.
Condolences to Tess, his partner for many years also a Melbourne band ‘Sista’ and to all Tedi’s family and friends. The world won’t be the same without Tedi in it, he was that special. A regular at The Boogie Man Bar and Musicland, it has been a pleasure to share the camaraderie, the stage and the musical journey with ya Tedi…Cheer’s mate, journey well.
